Land consolidation surveying and mapping has been accomplished.

The main body appearance and building construction design has been settled.

The application of building permit has been submitted to the Hawaii Loa Ridge construction management office.

The building permit has been approved by  Hawaii Loa Ridge construction management office and submits the construction design to the Honolulu building department office.

 Ground-breaking day. Construction vehicles and instruments and equipment into the construction site.
